Noodle Stroodle is the data controller for personal information collected through this shop. We are a UK sole trader business trading from 5 Honeymead Road, Wimblington, PE15 0NT. Contact: hello@noodlestroodle.co.uk.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number, order and personalisation details, messages, account information, IP address, device/browser information and information needed to prevent fraud. Payment providers process full card details; Noodle Stroodle does not store your complete card number.
How and why we use it
- Contract: to take payment, make and deliver your order, provide proofs where relevant and handle returns or support.
- Legal obligation: to keep tax, accounting, product-safety and transaction records.
- Legitimate interests: to secure the website, prevent fraud, improve our service and respond to genuine business enquiries.
- Consent: for optional marketing emails or non-essential cookies where these are introduced. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who receives information
We share only what is necessary with trusted service providers such as our website host, WooCommerce, payment processors including Stripe, delivery carriers and professional advisers. They process information under their own terms or our instructions. We do not sell your personal information.
International transfers
Some technology providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on recognised safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records are normally kept for up to six years after the relevant financial year, or longer where the law requires. Enquiries and account data are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected. Backups are securely overwritten on a rolling schedule.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or transfer of your information. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. Contact us first if you would like us to help.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the basket, checkout, account and security features working. If analytics or advertising cookies are enabled later, we will provide appropriate information and consent choices before they are used.
