These terms apply when you buy from Noodle Stroodle, a UK sole trader business trading from 5 Honeymead Road, Wimblington, PE15 0NT. Contact: hello@noodlestroodle.co.uk.
Products and personalisation
Product descriptions, photographs, dimensions and materials are provided as accurately as possible. Colours can vary slightly between screens, and natural materials such as bamboo vary in grain and shade. You are responsible for checking names, dates and wording before submitting an order. We normally make personalised items exactly as entered.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Noodle Stroodle is not VAT registered, so VAT is not added. An order is accepted when payment is authorised and we send an order confirmation. We may contact you if wording, artwork or availability needs clarification, and may cancel and refund an order we cannot safely or lawfully fulfil.
Delivery
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Standard tracked delivery costs £2.49 and is free when the basket total reaches £20. Tracked 24 is a £3.99 upgrade and is free when the basket total reaches £80. Most individual orders are made within 1–3 working days before dispatch. Larger or bulk orders have an agreed lead time. Carrier delays outside our reasonable control can occasionally occur.
Cancellations, returns and faults
Most non-personalised online purchases can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery. Items made to your specification or clearly personalised are generally excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights once production has begun. This does not affect your legal rights if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or not fit for purpose. See our Delivery & Returns page for the process.
Artwork and intellectual property
You must have permission to use any logo, image, wording or other material you provide. You keep ownership of your supplied artwork. We keep ownership of our original designs, product photographs and website content unless agreed otherwise.
Liability and law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was accepted. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you have a concern, contact us first so we can try to resolve it promptly.
